These newsletters and press releases are on the one hand commercial and on the other hand focused on knowledge sharing. Your first name and e-mail address will be collected via the appropriate form on the Trin\u00f4me website. In addition, you can be asked verbally or textually to sign up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Hosting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The e-mail of Trin\u00f4me is hosted by OVH.com When you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, those e-mails will be stored on the servers of OVH.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Backups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The website and back-ups of the website are host by OVH.com. Data that you leave on the website of Trin\u00f4me are stored on the servers of OVH.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your data will be stored by Trin\u00f4me for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your data for longer because of a statutory regulation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Getting in touch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The moment you contact Trin\u00f4me via email, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. Those e-mails will be saved up to a maximum of two years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.\u00a0The personal data that is managed by Trin\u00f4me or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via top-level software and protected by a password and where possible with two-step verification.\u00a0With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Trin\u00f4me. This code must be used during the login process.\u00a0The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices.\u00a0In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. Trin\u00f4me must transfer all your data to the other party.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Right to delete your data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you no longer want your data recorded with Trin\u00f4me? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Right to submit a complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you feel that Trin\u00f4me does not handle your data correctly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Then you have the right to stop us using your personal data.\u00a0The use of these rights can be done via info@trinome.be by sending a copy of the ID-proof whereby the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-proof number and BSN are made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trin\u00f4me processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest.
